Fees/Payment

You may agree to a recurring contract with Solo for Solutions, which automatically renews on an annual basis, and some other features available in the service may require payment of a fee, as specified for each service on the site ("Prices"). If you register for these features, you must pay all feature fees to enjoy them. We have the right, at any time, to reprice our services or bundle certain parts of the service for pricing. We also have the right to make any necessary and reasonable inquiries to verify your account and financial information.

All fees are in US dollars or Egyptian pounds and do not include taxes or other fees that may be imposed by the tax authorities in your country, which you will be responsible for paying. If you purchase any services we offer for a fee, you agree that Wilt, or our third-party service providers, will store your credit card information and authorize us to charge you (a) for the services you may purchase (b) any applicable taxes related to your use of the services to the payment card you provide. You are obligated to compensate us for any costs associated with collecting any overdue amounts, including any interest due thereon. If the credit card you have provided expires and you do not provide new credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue invoicing you and you will remain responsible for any fees we have not collected.

At the end of the contract term, your contract will automatically renew for an additional term of new duration, until you expressly notify us of your desire to cancel the contract. Fees will be charged in your preferred method. You may cancel the automatic renewal feature of your current contract at any time by submitting cancellation requests by contacting us through www.soloforsolutions.com  or by contacting our help center at any time.

Cancellation and Changes to the Service

If you cancel or request to cancel the service, it will be cancelled immediately. After cancellation, you will not be able to access your website or store and we may delete all information on your website, without any liability for such information or deleted content.

As long as we continue to provide the service, we will strive to develop, update, expand and improve it, but we are committed to your access to the service as it exists and is available on any day and we have no other obligations, except as provided in these terms. We may also make certain changes (e.g., changing data storage capacity) or replace or refuse access to the service or suspend or discontinue it in whole or in part or change and adjust prices for all of our services we offer at our discretion. All of these changes will take effect when posted on our website or by contacting you directly unless otherwise stated. We also reserve the right to block, remove, or ignore any content available as part of your account, with or without notice to you, if we deem it, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms.

For the avoidance of doubt, we have no obligation to store or keep a copy of any content submitted by you or any other customer of ours when using the service. We also reserve the right to limit or discontinue phone or chat support for you if you abuse customer service in an inappropriate or inappropriate manner or affect our ability to provide support to other customers (in our sole discretion).

Refund Policy

The annual or monthly subscription amount (with a 5% discount on the amount paid) can be refunded within 5 days of the payment date. If a domain name has been obtained, $20 will be deducted in addition to the 5% mentioned from the amount due.

The annual subscription amount (with a 5% discount on the amount paid) can be refunded within 15 days of the payment date. If the domain name has been published, $20 will be deducted in addition to the 5% mentioned from the amount due. If the domain has not been published, only 5% will be deducted from the amount due.

The domain name can be cancelled or refunded (with a $20 deduction from the amount paid) within the first 5 days from the date of purchase confirmation.
